I was working on GPO issues so I was not here when they applied the hotfix. Both Citrix and Microsoft were on the call with the customer so I was not directly involved. The Load Balancing policy is supposed to be able to override the dual mode and force one or the other delivery method, disallowing the other, for the specified groups of users.
